From the dream of a colorist nine years ago to a leading salon in Sofia today, we have built a reputation based on quality, education and attention to detail.

Assistant
Experience: without or up to 1 year
Main tasks: washing, maintenance, assistance during procedures
Salary: fixed salary + percentage of turnover and personal sales
Average income: ~1500-1800 BGN
Next step: stability and targets achieved - Junior hairdresser
Junior hairdresser
Experience: 1-2 years
Tasks: root paint, matte, therapies, hairdryer, haircut
Salary: fixed salary + 10-20% commission + personal sales
Average income: ~2000-2800 BGN
Next step: when reaching high employment and turnover - Colorist
Colorist
Experience: 3+ years
Tasks: independent work, customized color solutions, mentoring assistants
Salary: advance + 30-38% commission + 20% personal sales
Average income: ~4000–5500 BGN

Mentor Colorist
Experience: 5+ years
Tasks: team training, training, process management
Salary: advance + 32-38% commission + 20% personal sales
Average income: ~5000–6000 BGN

Master Colorist / Partner
Experience: 10+ years
Tasks: training, team management, participation in business processes
Salary: advance + 35-45% commission + 20% personal sales + annual bonus
Average income: ~6000–8000 BGN + possibility to share in the profit
All items include:
- 20 days of paid leave

Schedule and working hours
Working days: Monday-Saturday
Working week: 5 consecutive working days + 2 rest days
Working hours: 8 hours a day (full-time) / 4 hours (half-time)
Work shifts: 09:00-17:30 / 11:30-20:00
Salon doesn't work on public holidays
Training and development
In-house trainings: minimum 2 per year – techniques, communication, products
External training: 2-3 per year, partly or fully funded
Mentoring programme: Each new member has a mentor.
Individual meetings: every 3 months – analysis, objectives and development
Possibility of certified programs and participation in Wella Professionals events

Yes – for some positions we offer a 4-hour working day.
