At House of Balayage, we strive to provide outstanding services at a high level. We stand firmly behind the skills and expertise of our stylists. Your satisfaction is important to us and we want you to be in love with the result that we achieve.

Services:

Our quality guarantee applies to all dyeing, lightening and trimming services.

Deadline:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the coloring, lightening and trimming service you have received, we kindly ask you to let us know within 7 days of the service. This period is usually taken in most salons and allows a proper time to react and evaluate the problem.

Decision:

Our team will gladly provide a free repair to the area you are not satisfied with. Please note that there may be an additional charge for a hairdryer. If the 7-day period has expired and you are not satisfied with your service, we will assess the problem and may offer a solution with a discount to the situation.

Exceptions:

Our quality guarantee does not apply if you have done something with the color or haircut after leaving our salon. This includes painting, lightening, matting, trimming or any other intervention by you or a professional in another salon.

Caring for home:

To maximize the effect of the procedures we have performed, your stylist will recommend products for home use. In the absence of implementation of these recommendations and a problem arising as a result, we will retain the right to refuse free correction.

We believe in open communication and encourage you to share your concerns with us. Our goal is to make sure that you leave our salon feeling happy with your service, but if there is any problem, do not hesitate to share it with us.
