For your peace of mind during this important day, we emphasize the importance of a trial hairstyle. This critical step allows us to work with your hair to experiment with different ideas and visions, and together find the perfect hairstyle for your hair type, dress, makeup and wedding style.
The trial hairstyle goes through a consultation so that we can clearly and seamlessly include the desired accessories and play out various inspired visions. It also serves as a rehearsal, allowing us to estimate the time needed for the styling of the big day, as well as how your hair reacts to styling.
In essence, a trial hairstyle guarantees confidence and peace of mind on your wedding day, eliminating any risk of surprises. In this way, we can guarantee a memorable vision that will emphasize your beauty and your chosen vision.
Save date
At House of Balayage, we understand the importance of every detail in planning your wedding and are here to ensure that everything goes perfectly. To save the date, we require a deposit of 50% of the total value of the service paid within 3 working days following the approval of the tender. This deposit can be made by bank transfer, credit/debit card, cash payment in the gym or via Revolut. Not only does the deposit book your date, but it also allows us to prepare in detail for your day.
Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the services at the wedding. To make the day as smooth as possible, we offer the option to pay the balance before the wedding day. In this way, you can focus entirely on the joyful occasion without thinking about the co-payment.
Please note that the option to book your date is up to six months in advance.
In case of unforeseen circumstances, in which it is necessary to write off some or all of the hours, we apply the following conditions:
- 30 days (or more) before the date – 100% return on deposit
- Less than 30 days before the date – 90% return on deposit
- Less than 10 days before the date – 0% return on deposit

Requirements for minimum number of customers
During the wedding season (01.05 – 01.10) as well as on Saturdays, the House of Balayage lounge operates under the following conditions in terms of number of people per event:
Sofia – minimum 2 persons
Up to 35 km from Sofia – minimum 3 persons.
Within a radius of 35 km to 65 km, a minimum of 4 persons.
Within a radius of 65 km to 100 km, a minimum of 5 persons.
Within a radius of 100 km to 150 km, a minimum of 6 persons.
150+ km – after further arrangement

Travel
Very often preparations take place at the wedding location and we know that every minute matters, so we are ready to come to you under the following conditions:
address in Sofia – no additional travel costs
outside Sofia – BGN 1.00/km to be charged in the direction
Supplementary payment in cases of:
When engaging a stylist during holidays or official holidays for the salon is paid 30% on the final price.
If you wish to work outside standard working hours, before 9 a.m. or after 8 p.m.
