What wedding hairstyles do you offer?
We offer a variety of hairstyles, such as buns, tails, careless bun, carelessly tucked hair and beautiful curls. We do not offer hair extensions.
What wedding packages do you offer?
We offer different packages for hair only or combined for hair and makeup. These packages range from just a trial hairstyle and a wedding day hairstyle to packages including multiple formal hairstyles. Prices and services included vary depending on the package. You can check out our page with ‘Prices Brides" for a detailed list of what each package includes.
How Long Should I Save My Hours for My Wedding Hairstyle?
We recommend that you reserve your time for your wedding hairstyle up to 6 months in advance, on our part we require a deposit of 50%, to save the date.
Do you offer a trial hairstyle and makeup?
Yes, the wedding hair test session is included in some of our hair packs. You can also sign up on your own, for a haircut the price is BGN 95 and for a test make-up it is BGN 100. A test hairstyle is mandatory and you can do it more than once. The time is recorded with the stylist scheduled for your wedding.
Do you offer services on the wedding day?
Yes, we offer on-site services for both hair and makeup. However, we have specific requirements depending on the distance from Sofia, as well as a minimum number of people and additional charges for travel costs. For more information you can see our page „Brides’.
How many hairstyles can you do on the wedding day?
A stylist can make up to 6 people in 5 hours. If you would like to be more people for or for a shorter time, an additional stylist can be provided for an additional fee. The same goes for makeup artists.
Do you offer discounts to a larger number of people?
Additional discount is possible after consultation and finalization of number of people.
How long do wedding hair and makeup services take?
Wedding hair services take up to 1 hour and 15 minutes and make-up services up to 1 hour.
Do you offer services for the entire wedding day?
No, we do not offer a location hairdresser/makeup artist option to take care of your vision, but we do our best to guarantee durability for the procedures we have performed.
What if the stylist appointed for the bride is not available on the wedding day due to unforeseen circumstances?
Unfortunately, such situations can happen, but we assure you that we will provide a stylist who is going to perfectly cope with your vision and hairstyle.
What hair and makeup products do you use?
We use Wella Professionals and System Professional for hair, and MAC for makeup.
How do I prepare for my wedding hair and makeup?
We recommend washing your hair the evening before the wedding and drying it at the roots, do not use highly moisturizing and smoothing products, so as not to aggravate the hair. For makeup, we need a clean and hydrated face.
Do you offer other wedding services, such as manicure, pedicure or beautician?
We currently do not offer any other services.
What is the policy for canceling a wedding hairstyle/wedding package?
30 days or more before the wedding – deposit is 100%, recoverable
Less than 30 days before the wedding – deposit is 90%, recoverable
Less than 10 days before the wedding - the deposit is 0%, recoverable
Can I bring my hair accessories to put in the hairstyle?
Yes, we will gladly include hair accessories in your look. Please bring them with you to the trial hairstyle and to the wedding day.
What if one of the guests is late for their class or doesn't show up?
We strive to maintain a schedule that allows for a relaxed and enjoyable experience. If someone is late, we will try our best to make styling for them, but it may differ from the prior arrangement (in order to catch up with the time). If it does not appear (or cancels) we charge it again for the full cost of the service.
Do you have a minimum number of services for styling a wedding venue?
Yes, during the wedding season from May 1st to October 30th, we require a minimum number of people for on-site services. The number varies depending on the distance from Sofia. Take a look at our page ‘Brides" for more information.
Can I change my hair or makeup after the sample?
Yes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your vision. If you want to make changes, contact us and we will discuss them. We ask you to inform us in such situations at least 3 days before the wedding.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash payments with credit/debit cards. For your convenience, we also accept payments through Revolut.
Do I have to provide anything for the sample or on the wedding day?
For your sample, please bring all hair accessories, photos of hairstyles that you like. On the wedding day, bring your good soda and all the accessories that you would like to include in your vision.
