We fully understand that all hours canceled 24 hours before the scheduled time can be moved without loss of deposit. All cancelled hours with less than 24 hour notice are charged 50% of the amount of time recorded.

Although we adore children and pets, our salon is not the most suitable environment for young children – many of our services include chemicals, hot tools and long working hours.
Dogs are welcome, as long as they are calm and do not disturb other guests. We only ask you to make sure that your pet can safely wait during the procedure.

We understand that delays can happen. However, to ensure that all customers receive the best possible service, we may need to shorten your service time if you are late by more than 15 to a maximum of 20 minutes. If you are late, please call us.
